What happened?

I was in love with this shampoo and conditioner combo but ever since last year they have changed it for the worse. Conditioner used to be creamy and smooth...past two value bottles I've used of conditioner were runny, milky, messy, watered down. Horrible. So disappointed!!! Don't waste your money anymore...

I love the big bottle at a great price. The smell is wonderful and really refreshed my scalp. Can't find a conditioner at the market with great ingredients that really worth the money.
