United StatesI love this make up remover. At first, I was hesitant to try it out. Since it felt light on the cotton pad. But then I tried it and it was amazing. I wear contacts so this doesn't dry my eyes or irritate them. It doesn't feel oily on my face either. I just bought another bottle and will definitely keep buying this product. It's very sensitive on eyes. Totally fell in love with product!
United States100% pure changed the formula of their Rose Micellar Cleansing Water. It was my favorite cleansing product because it cleaned my skin oily skin without drying it out. It was soothing and moisturizing. I even gave a bottle to my daughter and my sister and they loved it. My sister couldn't find anything that helped alleviate her dry skin until she used the Rose Micellar Cleansing Water. It was like magic! Now it has been ruined by the change in formula. A day or two after opening and using a new bottle my face was feeling irritated and started forming red blotches, especially on my forehead. The only thing that had changed in my skincare routine and products was the new bottle of Rose Micellar Cleansing Water. So, I compared the ingredients on the new bottle with the previous one and sure enough the ingredients had changed. There was actually a sticker over the old ingredients that listed the new ingredients. I decided to stop using it and the irritation disappeared. Just to be sure it was the Rose Micellar Cleansing Water that was irritating my skin, I tried using it again and had the same reaction. 100% Pure didn't inform their customers of any changes in the formula, so I stocked up for myself, my sister and my daughter, during a sales event earlier this year. All of us have had adverse reactions from the new formula as it is much harsher on the skin, but by the time I realized the formula had changed it was too late to return anything. They have also changed the formula for the Coffee Bean Caffeine Eye cream, but are still advertising the awards that the product won in 2020 and 2021 on the product page. I have been a long time customer but do not like how the company is currently treating their customers. It should be disclosed if there is a significant change in the formula of their products. I am sorry to say that I will no longer be purchasing anything from 100% pure. They were a long time favorite that will be missed.
United StatesRose Micellar Cleansing Water does a super job of removing makeup, sunscreen & daily grime, while leaving my skin soft & smooth. Recently I discovered an unexpected use for this amazing product. I developed a painful heat rash in a crease on my body. Everything I used to clean my inflamed skin left it more painful. I ran out of options & remembered how Rose Micellar Cleansing Water is so gentle it doesn’t sting my eyes when removing makeup. I tried it and what a relief, no pain & did a great job of cleansing. Thanks 100% Pure!
