The taste is horrible - top ten worst products to apply if you think you’re about to get kissed anytime soon. My lips have started to peel and the hydration doesn’t last more than a few minutes. Truly disappointing
I prefer the older one in the blush greenish tube. I have been holding on to one last time for over a year.The previous formula smelled and tasted like cherries. It stayed the same consistency no matter the temperature. It left my lips feeling moisturized. Not greasy at all. This new one in the squeeze tube doesn't smell like cherries and it kinda tastes like Vaseline and cherry cough syrup. It leaves my lips feeling great. When I placed my order, it showed the picture of the older tube so I thought I was getting the one that I wanted. Instead I was mailed the new Cherry squeeze tube. When I first received the new Cherry lip balm it was cold and so hard to squeeze out of the tube. I keep my home warm so now all I have to do is turn it upside down and it's melted so fluid comes right out. If I had time to mail them all back I would. The older one was my favorite lip balm across all brands I purchase for years. My daughter's would take them from me so I always purchased extra. I'm so disappointed with this new formula. I understand you were having a problem with the manufacturer. I would have definitely paid a couple dollars extra to keep it the same.
I love this item. I’ve used it for years. I use it on my lips to prevent chapped lips and also on other delicate areas on my face if I have eczema. Perfect consistency. Really has no taste or smell.
I agree with Jenni's review. This product is worthless. You can apply it. It gets dry and you have to press hard to get it to come out, when you do you get this long dry piece that shoots out at you, so don't point that at your face. Just a total failure. It has a sticky texture, not smoothe. You should not take credit for old reviews that were for the old version...Misleading!
