United StatesThis used to be an amazing serum. It was a white milky color that smelled amazing and felt great on my face. They started manufacturing "in the house" and it changed to a brown gel with an awful chemically smelling odor that feels sticky and tacky. When I reached out to customer service they claimed they haven't received any complaints about it and sent me another tube. I was hoping it was just a bad batch or something but the replacement was exactly the same. I stopped using it especially because of the smell. This is one of several products I stopped using after they started manufacturing themselves. The other products are vanilla bean shower gel, vanilla body lotion, rose micellar water just from the top of my head and they all smell awful. Exact same weird chemical odor. Other products changed too but not significantly enough to stop using them. I still love the brand but sadly the quality went extremely down hill in the last 1-2 years.

United StatesI am livid! I have been buying from 100% Pure for over 10 years. I tried a few products over the years but the most consistent purchases has been the Dark Spot Remover serum and the Brightening Serum. I have sensitive and reactive skin and those two products were the only ones with natural ingredients that did not cause any reaction, irritation, or breakout etc. I just purchased the Dark Spot Remover (it was sold out for quite some time) and noticed the serum is in a different container. I paused for minute and figured if they changed the packaging there is a good chance that they changed the ingredients. I am so glad that I kept previous packaging because I had feeling 100% Pure would do what so many companies have and changed out ingredients for cheaper filler ingredients. I did not want to judge too much at first and decided to look into the ingredients they added, unfortunately I was not surprised. 100% Pure has now added ingredients to the serum that may cause potential irritation and health issues. I am so annoyed and so frustrated. Now, I am going to check the ingredients in the Brightening Serum as well (even though I know something has changed in that as well). I was trying to figure out why after 10 years my face is having all of these issues and I think I found my answer. 100% Pure should also be ashamed because where is it listed that the ingredients have changed in the product, at least be transparent! I did not use the product yet and I definitely will not going forward. I am not happy!
United StatesDon't waste you money! Did not work at all! There are so many other great products to choose from. If i could have given zero stars i would have.
