Was the BEST, now is THE WORST!

I have loved this Mint chap stick for years...and I recently ordered 6 to re-stock up. When they arrived they were no longer in the old twist tube nor was it the same formula or feeling on the lips. The texture is wrong, it doesn't coat and stay on to protect, the new lip balm container literally scratches your lips...I reached out and they did refund the money for these lip balms. I am thankful they did, because I can barely even stand to use the one I opened up. It is pretty much a worthless lip balm. I should add they are now making these in house and putting them in the different dispenser and it shows...they just are not the same and now I am on the hunt to replace my old tried and true Organic Mint chapstick with something new from another company. It's quite disappointing that they changed a product that did not need a makeover. Do yourself a favor and don't order the newer version of this product, you will be sorely disappointed.
