This is provably the only product that I've purchased from this company that I haven't been impressed with. It's very difficult to blend into your skin and inevitably leaves a white layer. Also, it says it only protects against sunburn so I'm not very confident wearing it in the sun. However, as with all of their products, I am grateful that I don't have to be concerned about toxins.
I love most 100 Percent Pure products but I can not use this stuff. I see reviews that say it's fat drying and shine free - Not for me. For me it's incredibly sticky and leaves a very visible white cast. Super uncomfortable on my skin and hard to spread. I tried multiple times to like it. :(
White film that didn't absorb in
I didn't like it and returned it, which was hassle free
Please bring back the Argan Oil Moinsturizer SPF 30
I have normal to slightly oily skin and loved the original best selling Argan Oil Moinsturizer SPF 30 even though it was meant for normal to dry skin. Once it was discontinued I purchased this. Technically this one should be better for my (slightly oily) skin ... I never finished the bottle and threw it out when I got half way through it (and I never throw out creams, especially those I paid $25+). My skin started to breakout and in general my pores felt clogged the second I put it on (the feeling like you are about to start sweating). Note that I have used this with the Pomegranate moisturizer underneath ... but maybe it's just me...? Judging by the star rating below 4* I feel like I am not the only one ... and think it's a shame that 100% Pure is now pushing BB creams with SPF instead of true SPF moisturizer. I purchase the BB cream once but it kept spilling into my cosmetic bag so I gave up on that one, too. Originally when I first discovered 100% Pure I thought it was such a great brand and I was going to switch most of my cosmetics to be from 100% Pure (even though it was a little pricey). But slowly as I saw (not just my) favorites being discontinued and the newly introduced products at price point $5-10 higher (for a smaller size) - I am pretty disappointed with the brand. I am guessing the coming "revamp" Purist Perks program to link reward tiers to much higher $ spend is just another piece of that strategy ... but I guess for those who will buy on a regular basis it will not be difficult to reach qualify for higher tiers, given the steadily increasing price point. I will selectively purchase items that I do not have to replenish as often (make up, serums) or to try something every now and then. But for products that I use a lot and on a regular basis (such as moisturizers) I am starting to look for alternatives elsewhere so that I am not stuck when those I use now get discontinued again or too expensive for me to justify a purchase.
