United StatesI'm a long time customer and I was really excited to see the concealer back in stock. It's been over a year since I've been able to purchase. Well the concealer that arrived had a different ingredient list that what's currently on the site. I emailed and they told me they were just using old packaging so as not to waste it, but the ingredients online were correct, which was a lie. I had the old packaging and this packaging was new. I called and finally the customer service agent admitted it was a new formulation. Why lie? Why not update your ingredient list online? Why suppress reviews?
United StatesThis concealer is too orange for me but I have discovered that the orange cancels out under eye dark circles so even though it isn’t what I expected it’s not a total waste
United StatesI loved this concealer originally and ordered a few before they were out stock and it's probably been over a year since I was last able to order it. I was excited to see it was back in stock and ordered two. I just received the package and the ingredients are completely different than what's listed on the site. I've contacted customer support and will most likely return. Feels duplicitous to sell a completely different formulation without updating your website.
