United States United StatesI really really loved this product for the longest time and no other Vitamin C serum did what this did, made my skin tone even and pores less visible. But recently they confirmed they changed the formula as its made in house and the product is not the same. It for one made me itchy and does not make my skin tone look balanced or help my pores. So so disappointed, customer service is great as usual here but I hope the product team will change the formula back to the golden serum it used to be rather than the clear new one.
