United StatesIt was awful trying to untangle my hair after using this conditioner. I’ll never buy this again. We have a water softener which usually makes my hair untangle easily — but this conditioner was making it very hard to untangle my hair. I’ve NEVER used anything this bad before. Very disappointed!
United StatesI've been a loyal customer pretty much because of this incredible moisturizing line. I have a super dry wavy coarse hair that absorbs any product like blotter. So when they show like "you only need a quarter size etc.", I need at least 5x to even cover my hair. This conditioner/shampoo combo was very emollient and worked wonders, until NOW. I'm not sure when the formula got changed, because my last purchase was in spring 2024, but I still had an unfinished and a full bottle from my previous purchases from July 2022 ( I like buying backup). As a comparison, I have tried a multivitamin conditioner (bright yellow color) and was shocked how drying it was, on top of being so absorbent, that I needed 20 pumps to cover my shoulder length hair. It did nothing to me, just left my hair dry. I knew I will never buy that one again, so I didn't bother leaving review. Now, my beloved Moisture Drench conditioner is now what Multivitamin is: drying, not emollient at all, leaving dull and dry feel after rinsing. NOTHING what it used to be... Like I mentioned above, I'm not sure when exactly the formula got changed. I haven't compared to the old one because I don't have the old bottle, and even if 100% Pure says it is the same, NOPE, IT IS NOT, as my hair is still the same, dark, I haven't bleached nor had any chemical treatments and still live in the same conditions as before. It feels like 100% Pure turned their focus from quality to marketing, as I'm getting now at least 3 newsletters A DAY!!!! Sorry guys, but that is a spam already. I am far behind the return window because I purchase as a backup, so it takes quite a few months for me to open my new bottle. But I'm not here for return, I'm writing this because of how disappointed I am as a long time customer. I will not repurchase anymore, as I don't have time for more trials.

United StatesThis conditioner is great! I love the ingredient list. Years ago, I was getting dermatitis/rashes from other hair (and body) products. This one solved my problems. No more rashes, thank goodness! And it also does a fantastic job of de-tangling, smoothing and moisturizing my hair!
