Ok, 100% pure, what’s going on? Why is the quality of your products declining so much?! Last year I bought this serum and it was amazing, this year I bought 2 of them and they are not the same. They are much more watery and have less effect on my skin. Plus, when it arrived I had both bottles with at least 1/4 of the bottle missing, plus those were identiche bottles and the level of serum in the one on the right is lower. Is that really a new product or used one?! It’s gross and I’m disappointed in the quality control you have. It is an expensive product and you can’t just put a lesser amount of it in each bottle and water it down.
