I'm experiencing nothing negative with this product, but I honestly can't tell if my hair is getting noticeably better, either. I've gone through one bottle and decided to continue with a second round. I'm six months postpartum, so with hormones out of whack, and with some decent heat damage to my hair over the years, it may be a tall order for this product to do much good.
United StatesI placed an order as a first time customer on Oct. 18th. Expected delivery date was Oct. 26th but it never arrived that day. It is now Oct. 28th, end of day, and it still hasn't arrived and no update in the tracking since the day it shipped (Oct. 22nd). I saw multiple reviews complaining about shipping or not receiving their product but they were from early in the year and I hoped/assumed the issue must have been resolved. Unfortunately I'm experiencing a delay just like other customers had been. I'll update my review once I do receive the products, but this is seriously frustrating. If I do like the products, I'll try ordering on Amazon next time and hopefully I'll have better luck with the shipping there. As it is, I'm not ordering from the website again. Their FAQs say that total delivery time with ground shipping takes 5-10 business days, so up to 3 more business days for me and hopefully the package will arrive. I would suggest better/faster delivery methods with good tracking. I bet most customers consider this important - I know I do. Perhaps ditching USPS completely if their shipping and tracking is so subpar - or at least do Priority shipping with USPS. It's sad because I really want to like the products and I've been really eager to receive them, but as things stand I'm already a dissatisfied customer due to this whole shipping/delivery delay.

United StatesIt must be the “natural fragrance” mystery ingredient, because I had an awful allergic reaction. My eye swelled up, rash broke out on my hands and my lips are cracked and bleeding. Sticking with the mint & kelp shampoo that doesn’t have any mystery ingredients.
