DirectionsApply one pump to ring fingers. Gently pat onto the cleansed eye area, including upper and lower lids and on the sides of the eye area where crow's feet would appear. Take care not to tug or pull. For PM use only. This is a very rich formula, so you may apply onto damp skin or spray a facial mist after application, as water always help rich formulas to absorb quicker. I never had any adverse reaction to 100% Pure products. Unfortunately, this happened with this treatment which irritated my eyes quite badly. That's a shame, as I'm a fan of the other multi-vitamin products and had high expectations for this one. I cannot return it as I'm in the UK, but this product is a miss for me.
