Melted Crayons and Stinky Cheese
I was looking forward to repurchasing the Rose Water Sensitive Skin: Cleansing Foam. It was clear with a light rose scent, and gentle non irritating lather, for my mature sensitive skin. Loved it! I was super disappointed to find it was no longer available. So I purchased the Berry Nectar Nourishing Cleanser hoping it would be a comparable substitute. Awful! The first time I used it I was shocked to see the runny brown liquid that came out of the tube! And the smell! A weird combination of melted crayons and stinky cheese. I thought at first a disgruntled employee had attempted a prank, but since it only looked like poo, I gave it a chance. No lather, no clean feeling, (not to mention having to hold my breath while using it), and it stained my facecloth. I used it for a few days but can't deal with the odor. So I bought a different product from the organic section at the drug store yesterday. I smelled it first. I will be sending this skin care abomination back. Should have read the other reviews first.

this is by far shockingly disappointing! it's RUNNY and smells Putrid! I bet the scrub is much better. this cleanser must be a bad batch, i can't imagine the 1 i received being approved for purchase?! what a waste of money.

Packaging issue, not what i hoped.
This packaging doesn’t close properly. The cleaner pours right out of the container if you sit it straight up like it’s supposed to because it’s so liquidy. I squeeze it tight and everything hoping more product won’t fall out. But a lot was wasted just sitting in my shower over the past couple nights. Not worth the price for the packaging. Other 100% pure products in the past have been nice with a pump.
Hi Alia! Thank you so much for sharing our thoughts and feedback on the product packaging. We will forward this along to our Product Development team.
Too runny, doesn't cleanse well
I have yet to find a wash with 100% Pure that I LOVE. They nail the serums and makeup in my opinion. But cleansers are either too drying for me, or don't have enough cleansing action. This one in particular feels like it does hardly anything to remove makeup from the day. I use an organic cotton pad and toner afterward and end up wiping most of my makeup off after I cleanse. My makeup is all 100% Pure so, it's not like it's super hard to remove makeup. It also leaves behind a brown residue from the oils it seems. This is probably healthy for your skin, but for me, I just want to feel a deep clean and it doesn't offer that.
Thanks so much for sharing your concerns. Sorry to hear this product didn't work well for you. We'd recommend using the Konjac Sponge with our cleansers. It's very gentle and helps to draw impurities from facial pores, while buffing away dead skin cells for a smoother complexion.
Need a better tube/bottle design
Overall the cleanser is mediocre. The scent is not too nice but i dont mind the natural herbal smell, better than artificial scents right? I havent noticed any difference yet. Its very liquidy, so when i open the cap, it gushes out. I ended out wasting a lot of the tube. I think they need to put it in a bottle with a pump instead of in a tube that stands upside down.
Thank you so much for the feedback! We'll make sure to pass this along to our Product Development team. Tip! When dispersing, hold the tube upside-down. Just tilt it over to pour a bit of product out. If you open it while it's facing down, the product will definitely spill out due to the consistency.
