United StatesThia used to be my absolute favorite scent,and I have been a customer for over a decade, but was told since you started making it in-house and even since, the balance has been extremely off. Even though it has the same ingredients, the use of cocoa butter is overpowering. You can hardly smell the vanilla. It should be marketed as cocoa bean instead of vanilla bean now. I stopped buying it and got a refund on this product because cannot stand the new smell. I so wish you would have stayed with the same formula. I've been searching for an organic vanilla scented lotion since yours was ruined.

United States United States United StatesThey changed the formulas and smells for the vanilla and coconut body creams and I no longer like them unfortunately so I decided to try the vanilla whipped body butter. Wish I'd read the reviews first. This formula has also changed and smells nothing like vanilla. It smells like cocoa butter. It's not a horrible smell but zero vanilla scent. But the worst part is it's gritty. Not sandy, more like chunky. You can kind of, sort of, maybe get rid of most of the chunks if you rub and rub and rub but it's pretty ridiculous to have a chunky body butter or lotion. So disappointing! Like most of the recent reviews, I wish they would hurry up and get back to their old formulas. Customer service says they won't bring back the former formulas (that we all liked so much) until this current formula is gone but that could take forever since most of us don't like the new version and won't reorder. I need to find a new brand which is unfortunate! I used to love 100% Pure's coconut and vanilla products.
