Internet orders are shipped within 1 business day. Once your order has shipped, please allow 3-10 business days (Standard Delivery).
Orders under $50 ship via USPS. Please notify us if you are unable to accept USPS delivery by contacting Customer Service at (415)814-9788 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders over $50 ship via UPS or USPS, depending on the package size. You will be notified of this after your order ships. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Payment:Paying with PayPal: please be sure and check your PayPal account for confirmation of payment. You should receive two confirmation emails: one from 100% Pure and one from PayPal.
Return Policies:We hope you'll appreciate our exceptional quality and purity of our products and that you will love every 100% Pure item you purchase! We fully guarantee and stand by our products! If for any reason you are not happy, you may return the product(s) within 30 days. Please include a copy of your receipt, and indicate how you would like your return to be processed:
a. store credit: to be used towards future orders
b. credit card refund (we cannot issue a credit card refund if a voucher or gift certificate was used during purchase, but we can issue a store credit)

We will process your return immediately after we receive it and send you a confirmation email. Once received, returns may take up to 30 days to process. Using Your LivingSocial Voucher/Gift Certificate:- Enter your voucher on the checkout page in the Coupon Code box.
- Vouchers can take up to 24 hours to be activated after they are purchased. Any vouchers purchased over the weekend will be activated Monday morning.
- Your order subtotal must be at least $50.
