I really like this product so far. It's solid in the jar but melts easily when I rub it in my fingers before spreading it on my face. Yes, it feels oily at first but absorbs within minutes; a little goes a long way. I have sensitive and acne-prone skin that breaks out at the drop of a hat and nothing bad has happened after two weeks of continued use. My skin feels soft and supple in the mornings. The scent is pleasant, and the package design is quite elegant. I'm in my 30s, so with continued use, time will tell if it reverses or at least inhibits the signs of aging. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase.
EDIT: After 2 months of use, I've realized that this product has made me break out. At first, I thought it was stress/hormones/other products (I really didn't want to believe it was this balm), but after a continued worsening of acne, I had to throw in the towel. My guess is that the high concentration of avocado butter isn't working for my skin type. I won't be repurchasing.

Not a fan of the consistency and packaging. I like pumps and bottles, that way I don't have to stick my fingers in the product and get bacteria in there. As for consistency - it is not very soft, so you have to wait for it to melt a little, so you can then "smear" it on your face. After that, it is like oil, so I'd be sure to put it on a couple of hours before you go to bed, otherwise, it may end up on your pillow.

Love the antioxidant properties of the ingredients and ingredients themselves.

Had to stop using it due to my updated prescriptions from my dermatologist, so maybe if I hadn't, I'd be able to see what all it does.

Overall, I think it's a good product, but there certainly is room for improvement on the formula and packaging.

Can get very greasy if you use to much. I found the best way to apply is to first rub the cream with your fingers then apply evenly to the face. If you apply directly I have found that you always feel like you need more and then you end up feeling greasy once the cream dissolves with the heat of your skin. Feels great otherwise.

I think this is a good night moisturizer. I have used it quite a bit. I goes on thick, so you don't need a lot which will make it last. I like that it is made from pure ingredients. I do notice my skin looks better when I wake up. Hydrated and fresh looking, but I am not sure about age correcting because I don't have wrinkles or lines yet as I am 29, but I do think it is a good deep moisturizing night balm
