I love this ultra rich eye balm, a little goes a long way! I love it's buttery feel, I purchased this as a night eye cream but found that it doesn't interfere with my tinted moisturizer for day time use.

Packaging is very small for this, and although the balm is very oily/moisturizing, I do not notice reduction/minimizing of fine lines. Also what is with this brand and having ZERO instructions/suggested usage? Just poor packaging and overall design unfortunately makes the brand look tacky even though the formulas are good.

Melts in transit and re-solidifies grainy. So grainy that it felt like a scrub.

I was told to melt it and cool it quickly, but I had already thrown it out so I don't know if that would have fixed the grainy issue.
