Was packaged loosely in a box that allowed the bottle to roll and bang around. Lost 1/4 of the contents. Bottle was a slippery mess and the pump was broken. It barely lathers. I have to add product for each body part to get any lather. VERY disappointed.

Love this wash. The scent is not overly powerful and the wash doesn't dry out skin. it's pre-measured pumps give you just enough foamy liquid to use all around your body. Plus it's sensitve enough to your legs to shave.
