Still haven't received my order	January 13, 2012

I contacted Purity Cosmetics three days ago by phone AND email and still have not heard back. UPS will not give me any information other than "there was an emergency" and the shipper has to launch an investigation to determine where my order is. Does anyone work at Purity?? This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
