We have 3 companies - our first company is 100% Pure, a rapidly growing organic cosmetic company and we're also soon launching 2 very exciting tech startups. We're seeking a part time HR Specialist to help develop our HR strategy, manage the day-to-day HR responsibilities, help to develop a happy, fun, healthy work place for our 50 people company and to routinely "check in" and meet with employees, departments to make sure everyone is happy and everything is running smoothly. Our company highly values our employees and want to do everything possible to provide a happy, fun (but still disciplined) and productive environment.

This position pays a base salary + commission on all your sales (you will be given many existing sales accounts to grow as well as acquire new accounts) + health benefits after 6 months + generous employee discount + great team!

YOUR DUTIES *Have sense of urgency- to fulfill your customers needs in a timely manner
*Build relationships with existing customers to grow the business
*Contact prospective accounts, send them samples and follow up to gain their business
*Think of and execute marketing, training, sampling programs to grow sales
*Marketing and Administrative tasks to support sales

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4 year college degree
- Impeccable verbal / written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while juggling multiple projects
- Excellent organization
- Attention to details (we have over 500 products so it's imperative that you are able to pay close attention to details)

Shipping Department

We are currently seeking 2 full time positions to assist with sorting, packing, supervising machinery, and other misc. warehouse duties. We require someone with previous warehouse shipping / receiving experience that can work in a fast paced environment, someone who can multi-task, have impeccable attention to detail, fluent in written and verbal English skills, has good work ethic, someone who is loyal, honest and who has a great, positive 'can do' attitude.
