United StatesI thought that 100% pure only used the best ingredents. I see that they are now putting CANOLA OIL IN THE eyeliner, which is not a safe ingredents dispite what one might think. Why don't you use coconut oil instead NOW THAT'S SAFE. I am glad I check before purchasing.
